Indigenous Peoples' Day Rocks!

Back for its third year, Indigenous Peoples' Day Rocks! is a full day of Native American culture, education, and live Indigenous musical performances with Chief Donald Stevens and the Nulhegan Drummers, Theresa Bear Fox & Kontiwennenhawi~Carriers of the Words, Jesse Bowman Bruchac, Morgan Lamphere and Bryan Blanchette. Stowe Land Trust is proud to be a sponsor of this year's event, held on Saturday, October 8 (rain date October 9).

The daylong program culminates in a rousing rock-and-roll concert with The Dave Keller Band, DC’s Queen of Blues~Carly Harvey, John Fusco (emcee), and the incomparable Blue Hall of Fame inductee Joe Louis Walker. Lawn seating–bring your own chair or blanket. This is a free event open to the public. Leashed service dogs only. Click here for more details.
