Fall Family Hike at the Mill Trail

Join Stowe Land Trust Fun & Friends Committee members and staff on this fun, leisurely-paced walk up the Mill Trail! Enjoy the solitude of Stowe in late fall, listen to the West Branch of the Waterbury River, and take a peek inside the historic Morovian Cabin built by Dr. Marguerite Lichtenthaeler 1935! 

When: November 20th | 10 am - noon.

Where: The Mill Trail Property on Notchbrook Road in Stowe

Directions: From the intersection of Route 100 and Route 108 in Stowe village, head north on Route 108 for 5.1 miles. Turn right on Notchbrook Road and drive .6 miles to a small pull-off on the left where there is limited parking available. Please fill in the parking area before parking along the roadside.

Stowe Land Trust is committed to keeping everyone safe at our outings and events. 

  • Stay home if you are feeling sick. Please contact SLT if you develop COVID-like symptoms within 14 days after the program. 
  • Outdoor programs will continue to follow current Vermont state guidelines. Masks are not required at this time.
