Congratulations to Jim Lindenmeyer for being recognized as Stowe Land Trust’s Volunteer of the Year for 2016. Jim has served as the volunteer Land Steward for the Lepine Forest in Sterling Valley since it was protected in 2002, walking the land and checking property boundaries annually. Jim started volunteering for Stowe Land Trust shortly after moving to town with his wife, Jacquelyn, in 2000. In addition to helping with monitoring conserved lands, he’s been a regular volunteer at the land trust office and fundraising events. Always bringing his great laugh and a good story, Jim is quick to lend a hand wherever one is needed. Thank you for your 15 years of service to Stowe Land Trust and the Stowe community, Jim!
